Community of Faith
St. Paul’s remains committed to deepening our spiritual journey with God, the community and each other. We do this by practicing discipleship through Christian service locally and beyond. We try to be good stewards of our human, environmental and fiscal resources. We continue to be active for a just and right world by advocating for justice and human rights. St. Paul’s strives to be an inclusive congregation, welcoming people from all paths.

About Our Community
St. Paul’s in Virden is a small-town faith community that welcomes everyone. We nurture spiritual growth through worship, study, service, and heartfelt connection.
In this place we open hearts, find hope, and grow together. You’re invited to belong, to question, and to experience faith in action.
Our Services
Worship Services
We gather for Sunday worship, and opportunities to serve others, seeking to embody grace, justice, and care in daily life. On the 1st & 3rd Sunday of each month is in person worship with Tanis.
Community Outreach
Our programs include youth groups, study circles, and mission partnerships that invite participation, learning, and generous helping hands.

S.A.L.T. Shakers: Serving and Learning Together. A wonderful opportunity for children to grow in their faith, and have fun and learn together.
Meet the 1st & 3rd Sundays at 11am.
Sunday School Leader

Helping Hands: The St. Paul’s Helping Hands Group continues to help with various functions and events being held at the church. There are five kitchen teams on a rotational basis to lighten the load for everyone when we are asked to cater a funeral lunch or event. This committee was created when the U.C.W disbanded.

Coffee Mornings
Join us for coffee on Thursday mornings, —because important life decisions should never be made without caffeine.
Come for the coffee, stay for the laughs, and maybe even solve the world’s problems before noon!
Look forward to seeing you!!
Knit or Knot
If crocheting or knitting isn’t your thing we invite anyone to bring your craft and join us for coffee and fellowship. The prayer shawl ministry continues to provide beautiful shawls for those needing comfort along the way. We have presented 1555 shawls since this ministry began (as of December 2025).
